Sandy Brimblecombe BA LLB MCIPS

Sandy established Brimblecombe Consultancy Ltd in 1998 to provide public sector procurement services for Crown-funded entities.

Sandy is a senior procurement practitioner with over 20 years’ experience.  She provides advice and support for public sector buyers' more complex, strategically important and high-risk procurement projects. Sandy is MCIPS qualified. 

Sandy has been the architect of a large number of significant government procurement projects; providing procurement consultancy services across the entire procurement cycle from developing the business case to negotiating supply contracts. 

Brimblecombe Consultancy Ltd has been appointed to the All of Government Consultancy Services Panel for both Probity Audit and Procurement services.
